Audi 9000 parts make Audi a byword

The Audi 9000 is considered by many as a landmark vehicle in car engineering. Its introduction in 1995 as a concept car made people take a second look at Audi models. With the car's distinctive, bowfront aluminum body and undefined bumpers, the Audi 9000 started a shift toward the automotive design method called angular styling. It is believed that the sleek bodywork of the Audi 9000 captured the attention of the auto industry, and this interest has been sustained by the Audi 9000 parts specs fitted on the vehicle.

One of the greater lights of the Audi 9000 parts is its transversely mounted engine. This particular Audi 9000 part was first available with a 1.8 L turbocharged, inline, four-cylinder, 20-valve engine. Under steer is inherently a safer handling characteristic, as it is easier for novice and casual drivers to predict and control the vehicle. In addition, a number of modifications on Audi 9000 parts included the inclusion of Audi 9000 parts like the rear-wing spoilers and improved under steer suspension settings while the original four cylinder engine range was complemented with a 184 kW, 3.2-L VR6 in early 2003, which comes with the quattro all-wheel drive system. The plug terminals are arranged around the circumference of the cap according to the firing order with the aim of sending the secondary voltage to the proper spark plug at the exact right time. However, the Audi Distributor Cap is a prime example of a component that easily yields to heat and vibration. Carbon deposits and eroded metal terminals can cause distributor cap failure. Replacement therefore is a must.



It is good to know though, that replacing a worn out cargo liner or faulty distributor cap may not cost much for an owner. Yet, it is recommended that cargo liners and distributor caps be regularly cleaned and checked respectively to achieve the desired longevity for these parts.
